The cutting wheel is only cut along its edge, and the disc is perpendicular to the material being cut when in use.


Different material needs different cutting speeds. If jitter occurs, increase the speed. Plastics require prolonged speeds; wood requires low-speed cutting.


Please test first on the waste because the cutting wheel will break under enormous pressure.


Before installing the spindle, check whether the machine is running normally, whether it is cracked or deformed.


Please insert the discs into the end of mandrels as much as possible.


The situation of breaking discs will decrease with proficiency. Do not shake your hands, keep them steady, and the cutting strength is stable, so they will not be broken!
