Lavender essential oil is produced using steam distillation 100% from lavender flowers, no preservatives, no aromatic spices. The main ingredients are linalool (about 45%) and linaly1 acetate (about 35%) and others.
USES:
– Helps to relax; relieves stress, fatigue; reduces headache, insomnia; beautifies skin.
– Lavender essential oil is a popular essential oil, its fragrance is classy and it is one of multifunctional essential oils. Especially, it is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-depression. Lavender essential oil is especially effective in beautifying and fragrance industry.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
– Use with an essential oil diffuser: Add some drops of lavender essential oil to an essential oil diffuser to make the room antiseptic and smell good. Add 2 – 3 drops of lavender essential oil to a bowl of warm water and lean the face close to the bowl and inhale, the steam as well as essential oil dispersed will create pleasant feelings, reduce headache and help blood vessel on the face circulate well, helping facial skin regenerate more quickly (can use with lemongrass essential oil, cinnamon essential oil).
– Massage to beautify: Dilute lavender essential oil in carrier oil (olive oil, jojoba oil)at a rate of 2 – 3%, can use with lemongrass essential oil, ylang-ylang essential oil (not exceeding 1%), used to massage the whole body, helping reduce stress, smoothen the skin, prevent aging and regenerate the skin well, extremely effective in beautifying.
– Use as aromatic substances: hang a bottle of lavender essential oil in a wardrobe to create pleasant scent and limit humidity, mold and bacteria, can hang in a car to deodorize and prevent carsick.
– Dilute bathwater: Add 3 – 4 drops of lavender essential oil to bathwater to reduce stress, create comfortable feeling, antiseptic for skin, help skin smooth and anti-aging.
– Smoothen hair: Dilute lavender essential oil with coconut oil in ratio of 2-3%. Then, rub it into hair, after 30 minutes, wash with normal shampoo, it will help smoothen hair and treat dandruff. Can also add some drops of pomelo essential oil, lemongrass essential oil, holy basil essential oil to increase efficiency.
Importants:
– Do not drink it straight up, instead, dilute 1 – 2 drops with warm water.
