How to Use:
1. Rate range: 1‑99 (default 01: the displayed value is the same as the actual value; if the rate is 10, the displayed value x 10=actual value);
2. When powered on, the meter displays 0;
3. Press the Set button, it will display 1; press it again, it will display 01
4. When 1 is displayed, it is to measure the rotational speed; press Add, from 1 to 2, when 2 is displayed, it is to measure the frequency; display 01 means speed setting, short press Add means +1, long press +10;
5. After setting the value, if there is no operation within 10s, it will be stored and returned to the selected function interface;
6. 1 digit after the decimal point, that is, when the speed is less than 1000RPM, the speed is corrected to the first place after the decimal point; when it is greater than 1000RPM, there is no decimal point.
