👀 What is Dalgona? How can I make it?
- It's a traditional Korean sugar candy made with sugar and baking soda.
(It's Kind of Korean honeycomb sugar candy)
- Melting Sugar first, and when it's color turns to light brown, put some baking soda in it.
- When the mixture foams up and turns into something that looks like caramel-colored whipped cream, then just pour it out and make it flat with a Pressing tool.
- Before it perfectly dries, stamp it to make some shape.
