Bạc hà là loại cây thảo mộc thuộc họ Lamiaceae (Mentha piperita). Toàn thân cây có vị cay, mát, chứa tinh dầu Methol có nhiều ứng dụng trong ẩm thực và y học. Khác với húng lủi thường bị nhầm lẫn, Bạc Hà có lá nhọn và mảnh hơn, nhưng cay nồng hơn nhiều.
Hướng dẫn:
- Chuẩn bị đất tơi xốp, thoát nước tốt
- Gieo hạt trực tiếp trên đất
- Tưới nước ngày 2 lần, để nơi thoáng mát, tránh ánh sáng trực tiếp
- Cây nảy mầm sau 5-7 ngày
- Đặt cây ngoài nắng. Đảm bảo đất luôn ẩm
